Dynojet Power Vision 3 PV3-15-02 for Harley-Davidson Touring

The Dynojet Power Vision 3 PV3-15-02 is a handheld flash tuner and data monitor for select Harley-Davidson Touring motorcycles with a CAN ECU. It connects through the bike’s diagnostic port and lets you flash a compatible calibration to the original ECU. Its full-color display can also monitor engine data while you ride.

This is the Power Vision 3 PV3-15-02. It is different from the original Power Vision PV-2B, even though their Touring fitment years overlap. Confirm your exact model, engine, and ECU before ordering.

Touring fitment by engine generation

• 2014–2016 Twin Cam Touring: select 96, 103, and 110 cubic-inch configurations
• 2017–2020 Milwaukee-Eight Touring: select 107, 114, and 117 cubic-inch configurations

Applications include select Street Glide, Road Glide, Road King, Electra Glide, Ultra, and CVO models. Fitment varies by exact year, model, trim, and ECU; CVO and special-edition models require individual verification.
