1. Using Our Site
All content on this site including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and designs is the property of Dreaded Iron Moto and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, repurpose, or distribute content without written permission. Respect our ride.
2. Product Information & Authorized Brands
We strive to keep product details, pricing, and availability accurate. Errors happen, and we reserve the right to correct them. If an order is placed before a correction, we will honor the original description.
We are a dealer or authorized retailer of all brands listed on our site, including Tab Performance, Super Shox, DK Customs, Hot Leathers/Milwaukee Leathers, Kemimoto, ILM Helmets, and other smaller brands via Shopify Collective. Brands listed as “brands we trust” are ones we are authorized to sell and represent in communications with the brand.
3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount shown, including taxes and shipping charges. We accept major credit cards and secure payment options.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud or misuse.
4. Returns & Refunds
Our 30-Day Return Policy applies to most items. Custom parts, clothing, and any items marked as final sale are non-returnable. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure. If unauthorized activity occurs due to your negligence, you are responsible for resulting charges.
If a security breach occurs on our end, we will notify you via email within 48 hours.

Dreaded Iron Moto is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses from using our site, products, or services. Motorcycle riding is inherently risky—gear up, ride smart, and stay safe.
