This Power Vision is specifically designed to work with the enhanced ECU security found on compatible 2023.5 and newer Harley-Davidson Gen 2 motorcycles, giving riders a direct way to flash the factory ECU, load compatible calibrations, monitor engine data and support performance upgrades.

Important: Fitment varies by model and ECU. Harley-Davidson transitioned different models to the Gen 2 electronics at different times, so model year alone should not be used to select a tuner. Built for the Gen 2 Milwaukee-Eight Platform

The newer Harley-Davidson platform introduced additional ECU security that requires the correct tuning hardware. The PV3-15-04 is built specifically to communicate with compatible G26-equipped motorcycles and address the enhanced security of these Gen 2 applications.

That distinction matters. Earlier Power Vision applications and the PV3-15-04 may look similar, but they are intended for different Harley-Davidson electronic platforms.
