Dynojet Power Vision 4 PV4-15-03 for 2021–2023 Harley-Davidson Touring
The Dynojet Power Vision 4 PV4-15-03 gives compatible 2021–2023 Harley-Davidson Touring Milwaukee-Eight riders a simple, Bluetooth-based way to flash the factory ECU, manage tunes, record engine data and access diagnostic information through the Dynojet Power Vision mobile app.
This is the Power Vision 4 application for compatible later first-generation Milwaukee-Eight Touring motorcycles before Harley-Davidson's transition to the newer Gen 2 electronics found on select 2023.5 and newer models.
Harley-Davidson Touring Fitment
For Dreaded Iron Moto's Touring-focused lineup, the PV4-15-03 is intended for compatible 2021–2023 Milwaukee-Eight applications including:
- Street Glide
- Street Glide Special
- Road Glide
- Road Glide Special
- Road Glide Limited
- Road King
- Road King Special
- Electra Glide
- Ultra Limited
- Compatible CVO Touring models
- Compatible Harley-Davidson Trike models
Important: Harley-Davidson began transitioning certain models to newer electronics during the 2023 model period. Fitment should be confirmed by exact year and model rather than assuming every 2023 Harley uses the same tuner.
If you're unsure whether the PV4-15-03 fits your bike, send us your year and model before ordering and we'll help verify the correct Dynojet application.
Bluetooth ECU Tuning From Your Phone
Power Vision 4 connects your Harley-Davidson's factory ECU to the Dynojet Power Vision mobile app through Bluetooth.
This gives riders a straightforward way to access compatible tunes, flash the ECU, record riding data and work with diagnostic information without permanently mounting another display on the motorcycle.
Power Vision 4 Features
- ECU Flashing: Flash compatible performance calibrations directly to the factory ECU.
- Bluetooth Connectivity: Connect to the Dynojet Power Vision mobile app using a compatible smartphone.
- Compatible Tune Access: Download and manage available Dynojet calibrations for your motorcycle and performance combination.
- Data Logging: Record real-time engine operating data while riding.
- Remote Tuning Support: Record and share logs with a qualified tuner when a custom calibration is needed.
- Diagnostics: Read, review, clear and share supported diagnostic trouble codes.
- Return to Stock: The original factory calibration is backed up so the motorcycle can be returned to its stock tune.
- AutoTune & QuickTune Capability: Additional tools are available for riders looking to further refine their calibration.
When Should You Tune Your Milwaukee-Eight?
A Harley's calibration should match the way the engine is actually configured. Changing the intake, exhaust or internal engine components can change airflow and the calibration the engine needs.
Common performance changes include:
- Slip-on mufflers
- High-flow air cleaners
- Full exhaust systems
- Header and muffler combinations
- Camshaft upgrades
- Other Milwaukee-Eight performance modifications
The correct calibration depends on the complete combination of parts installed on the motorcycle. More extensively modified engines may benefit from a custom calibration from an experienced Dynojet tuner.
Power Vision 3 vs. Power Vision 4
Power Vision 3 includes a dedicated display that can remain mounted on the motorcycle, making it useful for riders who want to monitor engine information while riding.
Power Vision 4 uses your compatible smartphone and Bluetooth as the interface. It's a cleaner option for riders primarily interested in ECU flashing, tune management, diagnostics and data logging without another permanent display on the bike.
Do You Leave the PV4 Connected?
No. After a calibration has been successfully flashed to the motorcycle's ECU, the Power Vision 4 does not need to remain connected for the tune to continue operating.
Not Sure Which Power Vision Fits?
The overlap between Harley-Davidson model years, ECU generations and engine configurations can make choosing a tuner unnecessarily confusing.
If you ride a 2021–2023 Street Glide, Road Glide, Road King, Ultra or Harley-Davidson Trike and aren't sure whether the PV4-15-03 is correct, send us your year, model and current performance modifications.
We'll help verify the correct application before you order.
