Secure it for the ride, then remove it and roll your packed gear inside when you arrive.

RickRak assembles the bag and mount as a complete kit before shipment. Choose the version that matches the rack already installed on your Tour Pak; the Tour Pak and its luggage rack are not included.

The motorcycle’s Tour Pak and Tour Pak luggage rack are not included. The included mounting lock secures the RickRak system to the rack; a separate zipper lock is optional.

Which Tour Pak Luggage Rack Do I Have?

Harley Original rack: Select this version for Harley-Davidson luggage rack part number 53665-87.

Harley Air Wing rack: Select this version for the black Air Wing rack 53000063 or chrome Air Wing rack 79179-08.

RickRak lists these versions for compatible 1985–2025 Harley Touring models equipped with a Tour Pak and the corresponding rack. Check the rack itself rather than choosing by motorcycle model alone. If you have an Advanblack or other aftermarket rack, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the mounting version.

Will It Fit a 2026-Up Tour Pak?

No. RickRak specifies this kit for the earlier Tour Pak rack designs and says it does not fit the redesigned 2026-up Tour Pak luggage racks. A dedicated 2026-up kit is required for the newer setup.

How Much Can the Roller Bag Hold?

The Top Dekk II holds approximately 63 liters in its standard configuration and expands to approximately 73.5 liters. Its listed interior dimensions are about 22 × 12 × 14.5 inches, expanding to about 22 × 12 × 17 inches. Exterior pockets add storage beyond those interior measurements.

The bag has a structured body, expandable lid section, exterior pockets, a mesh compartment under the lid, and reversed-coil zippers designed to help keep out dust and dirt. Use the included rain cover when weather calls for it.

Why Use the Included Lock?

The RickRak lock adds security to the quick-attach mount. RickRak recommends using it while riding as well as when the bike is parked. The bag’s main-compartment zippers can also accept an optional separate luggage lock.
