KST Pathfinder Pre-Wired Handlebars for 2024–2026 Harley-Davidson Road Glide

KST Pathfinder Pre-Wired Handlebars for 2024–2026 Harley-Davidson Road Glide

BEFORE YOU ORDER
Choose The Bar Around The Riding Position — Not Just The Height
Reach Where your hands actually land matters as much as bar height.
Wrist Position The right geometry should feel natural instead of forcing your wrists into an awkward angle.
Leverage Width, pullback and height all change how much control you have over a heavy Touring bike.
Not sure which height makes sense? Tell us your bike, current bars and what you're trying to change before you order.
Ask A Rider
BEFORE THE INSTALL What Does Your Handlebar Swap Actually Require?

The bar is only one part of the setup. Your Harley year, exact model, chosen bar height, controls, heated grips, brake line, clutch setup, and wiring can all affect what is required.

01
Confirm The Bike

Start with the year and exact Harley model. Small differences between applications can change what is required for installation.

02
Choose The Riding Position

Don't select bars by height alone. Think about reach, wrist angle, pullback, leverage, and where you actually want your hands to sit.

03
Verify The Install

Depending on the bike and bar height, you may need changes to wiring, brake lines, clutch components, or other parts of the setup.

04
Ask Before Guessing

If you're unsure, we'd rather help before you order than have you discover something doesn't work after the bike is already apart.

WHY WE LIKE PRE-WIRED
Spend Less Time Fighting The Wiring

Internal wiring can be one of the most frustrating parts of a Harley handlebar swap. KST pre-wired options help remove a major part of that job so the install can stay cleaner and more straightforward.

Important: Pre-wired does not automatically mean every cable, brake line, clutch component, or extension on your bike will work with every bar height. Requirements can vary by year, model, and setup.
KST PATHFINDER • 2024–2026 ROAD GLIDE About The Pathfinder

The KST Pathfinder is built for Road Glide riders who want more control over their actual riding position instead of being locked into one fixed handlebar angle.

Its 3-piece fully adjustable design allows the bar position to be adjusted around the rider, helping you fine-tune reach, hand position and overall comfort while keeping the clean appearance of a traditional handlebar.

The Pathfinder uses 1.5-inch OD tubing for a substantial custom look and features a squared-off top with a smooth radius through the rise.

The big Pathfinder advantage is adjustability. Rather than choosing a bar based only on rise, you have more ability to dial the final position around your reach, posture and preferred riding position.
SIZE • POSITION • ADJUSTABILITY Specs & Rider Position
RISE OPTIONS 10" / 12" / 14"

Three rise choices give you different starting points for building the riding position you want.

BAR DESIGN 3-Piece

The fully adjustable system gives you more flexibility to fine-tune bar position than a traditional fixed handlebar.

TUBING 1.5" OD

Large-diameter tubing gives the Pathfinder a strong, substantial appearance on the Road Glide.

BASE WIDTH 13"

The base measures 13 inches outside-to-outside with a 1.25-inch diameter clamping section.

Don't choose the Pathfinder by rider height alone.

Your seat, arm reach, shoulder position, wrist angle, current setup and desired riding posture all matter. The Pathfinder's adjustability gives you more room to dial in that final position.

BEFORE CHOOSING YOUR RISE These Bars Sit Taller On The New Road Glide

This is an important difference between the redesigned Road Glide and the previous generation.

KST notes that the riser on the 2024–2026 Road Glide sits approximately 2.5 inches higher than the riser on the 2015–2023 Road Glide.

10" PATHFINDER Sits More Like An Older 12"
12" PATHFINDER Sits More Like An Older 14"
14" PATHFINDER A Noticeably Taller Setup
Bigger isn't automatically better. If you're coming from an older Road Glide, don't assume the same handlebar rise will put your hands in the same place on the 2024–2026 platform.
PRE-WIRED What Does Pre-Wired Mean?

Internal wiring can turn a handlebar swap into one of the more frustrating parts of a Touring bike build. That's why we like KST's fully pre-wired option.

For the 2024–2026 platform, KST extends the electrical harness to work with handlebars up to 16 inches tall and routes it through the handlebars before shipment.

When the bars arrive, the electrical side is much farther along — connect the switch controls, connect the harness to the motorcycle and complete the remaining mechanical installation.

Extended electrical harness
Wiring already routed internally
Less wiring work during installation
Built around the new Touring electronics
Pre-wired handles the electrical headache — not every mechanical requirement. Your clutch requirements still depend on the rise you choose. Check the fitment section below before ordering.
FITMENT & INSTALL What Does My Road Glide Require?
10" RISE Stock Components

KST states the 10-inch Pathfinder can be installed with the stock brake, clutch and electrical setup.

12" RISE Stock Components

KST states the 12-inch Pathfinder can also be installed with the stock brake, clutch and electrical setup.

14" RISE Clutch Extension Required

The 14-inch Pathfinder requires additional clutch cable length. The factory brake line remains usable according to KST.

CVO ST Different Riser Setup

On the 2024–2026 CVO ST using KST's 3-inch CVO ST risers, a 12-inch handlebar requires a clutch extension.

Fitment: Designed specifically for the new-generation 2023 CVO and 2024–2026 Harley-Davidson Road Glide platform.
Not sure whether you need 10", 12" or 14"? Tell us your year, exact Road Glide model, current setup and what you're trying to change about your riding position. We'll help you narrow it down before you order.
Ask A Rider

Upgrade your riding position without the hassle of wiring. The KST Pathfinder Pre-Wired Handlebar is designed specifically for 2024–2026 Harley-Davidson Road Glide models and arrives ready to simplify installation while delivering the comfort, adjustability, and premium fit and finish KST is known for.

Built as a fully adjustable 3-piece system, the Pathfinder allows riders to dial in their preferred reach and riding position without sacrificing the clean appearance of a traditional handlebar. Its distinctive squared-top design, smooth radius bends, and aggressive stance give the Road Glide a modern performance-touring look while improving long-distance comfort.

Each Pathfinder is available pre-wired for the 2024–2026 Road Glide platform, helping reduce installation time and eliminating one of the most frustrating parts of a handlebar upgrade.

Constructed from premium stainless steel, the Pathfinder is offered in a hand-polished finish that delivers the appearance of chrome with the durability of stainless steel, or a high-gloss black powder-coated finish for a factory-inspired look.
