Will this be too loud for everyday riding?

With Zombie or BAM baffles you’ll get that signature deep bark when you roll on — but steady highway speeds settle into a smooth tone instead of a constant roar. Do I need a tune right away?
For best performance — yes. The bike will run with the exhaust installed, but an EFI tune unlocks the real benefits: smoother throttle, cooler running temps, and full power gains. Think of the exhaust as the lungs and the tune as the brain — they work best together.
