Deep, full sound with controlled volume for a more comfortable touring ride.

Deep, full sound with medium, more controlled volume. A strong starting point for touring and longer rides.
TAB’s loudest baffle option. Choose it when aggressive sound and maximum presence matter more than a restrained highway note.
The baffle is selected in the product options. Tip style and finish are separate visual choices and do not determine the baffle.
Straight-cut tips give the rear of the bike a clean, traditional look. Slash-cut tips create a sharper angle and can be rotated to adjust their final position.
Available tip finishes can include chrome or black, depending on the product. Choose only from the tip options shown in the product selectors.
Tip selection is primarily cosmetic. Check the product options for the exact cuts and finishes available on this listing.
Road Glide, Street Glide, Road King, Electra Glide, Ultra Limited and supported CVO Touring applications.
This listing is for supported two-wheel Touring models and does not fit Harley Trikes. Tri Glide, Freewheeler, Road Glide 3 and Street Glide 3 require the correct Trike version.
Sold as a pair: your order includes two slip-on mufflers. If your bike has a nonstandard headpipe or you are uncertain about the exact year or submodel, contact us before ordering.
A tune is not normally required when installing these slip-ons on an otherwise stock motorcycle. They are designed as a direct slip-on upgrade when the correct application is ordered.
Tuning becomes more important when the mufflers are combined with a high-flow intake, replacement headpipe, camshaft or other engine modifications. The tune should match the complete combination.
Professional installation is a good choice if you are unsure about fitment, hardware or exhaust clearance.
Hear the character of the 4.5-inch BAM Sticks, then compare the available baffles to choose the volume and sound that fit how you ride.
Listen for the deeper idle, stronger throttle bark, and large-body tone that separates the 4.5-inch BAM Sticks from smaller or higher-pitched slip-ons.
The muffler body creates the foundation, but the baffle determines how loud and aggressive the final setup becomes. Listen before choosing your baffle above.
Deep, controlled tone with medium volume, strong throttle character, and better long-distance manners.
Louder, more aggressive, and built for riders who want maximum presence every time the throttle opens.
The following owner experiences were originally submitted through TAB Performance’s website. They are shown here as summarized product feedback—not as reviews collected or verified by Dreaded Iron Moto.
One Road Glide owner praised the build quality and described the 2.5-inch louvered setup as producing a strong growl without becoming irritating during long-distance rides.
A BAM Stick owner running Zombie baffles reported a deep, aggressive exhaust note and an installation completed in under an hour with more time spent finding tools than fitting the pipes.
Another owner highlighted the appearance and exhaust sound while describing the installation process as straightforward and simple to complete.
A returning TAB customer who had used the pipes on another motorcycle reported strong sound and frequent compliments from other riders.

If your bike still sounds like it’s holding back… this is where that changes.
The 4.5” TAB B.A.M. Sticks are built for riders who want a deep, aggressive tone without sacrificing rideability. Not just louder—better sounding, with a clean, throaty note at idle and a hard bark when you roll into the throttle.
This isn’t a subtle upgrade.
This is the kind of sound that turns heads at a stoplight and still feels right on a long ride.
TAB is known for one thing: deep, rich tone without the high-pitched rasp.
With the 4.5” BAM Sticks, you get:
A low, throaty idle that feels solid—not tinny
A sharp bark under throttle that wakes the bike up
Minimal highway drone when paired with the right baffle setup
👉 The baffle you choose matters—and it changes everything.
Louvered Core (2.5") → Balanced, deep tone with controlled volume
👉 Best for most riders and long-distance touring
Zombie Baffles → Loud, aggressive, and unapologetic
👉 Best if you want maximum volume and presence
Louvered + Zombie Combo → One louvered core baffle and one Zombie baffle, packed together by Dreaded Iron Moto
👉 For riders who want both baffles on hand. This combo is put together and shipped by us, not offered as a TAB part number.
If you’re unsure, most riders start with the louvered core for a strong sound without going overboard.
4.5” large-body design for deeper tone and stronger presence
Removable baffle core for tuning your sound
Rotatable tips (90° increments) to match your style
Chrome finish with multiple tip options
Sold as a complete set (2 mufflers)
Stock CVO muffler heat shields work with these mufflers (per TAB)
Limited lifetime warranty
These aren’t just about sound.
With the right setup, riders typically notice:
Stronger throttle response
Better overall feel in the mid-range
Increased airflow when paired with intake + tune
👉 Slip-ons will run without a tune, but a tune unlocks full performance.
This is a true bolt-on upgrade.
Basic hand tools
No fabrication
Most installs take ~30 minutes
You can do it in your garage and be riding the same day.
Tip discoloration over time is normal (especially on the left side)
More visible depending on tip orientation
Not a defect—just part of running performance exhaust
If you’re tired of stock sound or pipes that all sound the same…
this is one of the cleanest ways to wake your bike up without overcomplicating the setup.

2017–present Harley-Davidson trikes (Tri Glide, Freewheeler, Road Glide 3, Street Glide 3). Trikes use the 1995–2016 style exhaust. See our Tri Glide/Trike B.A.M. Stick listing. Riding a trike? This one won't fit, but TAB's trike-style 4.5" B.A.M. Sticks do (chrome or black tips). For a 2017-2025 Tri Glide, Freewheeler or Road Glide 3, including Milwaukee-Eight trikes, see B.A.M. Sticks for Tri Glide/Trike 2017+. For a 2009-2016 trike, see B.A.M. Sticks for 1995-2016 Touring & 2009+ Trike. On a 2026 trike, confirm with us first.
International note: some international 2021–up models use a special gasket between the muffler and head pipe. Those bikes may need replacement headers first.
